What I learnt today on making coffee:
#1. Grind 1 or 2 espresso shot worth of beans.
#2. Compress grounded powder as much as you can (Tampering)
#3. Place handle containing powder back into machine
#4. Select 1 or 2 shots espresso on machine.
#5. Prepare milk in the frothing jug, steam using the steam wand (amount dependent on whether it is latte, or cappuccino)
#6. Hit base of jug against table surface to stabilise foam
#7. Pour into espresso
